I have many books which I draw inspiration from almost every day, and some of these have literally kept me going when time gets tough. After all, you have to keep in mind that the Bible was not written in modern times. Sometimes, a contemporary artist can do a better job of applying the wisdom of the Bible to the present than an average reader can.

The people who know you best are the people best suited to help you when you stray, and guide you on the path. I learned to be a good Christian from my mom and dad, and up to this day, they are still the two most inspiring people in my life.
