How to use a safelist auto submitter.
The process is simply. First, join the lists that the submitter offers through their control panel. Verify that your user id, password, contact address, and subscribed address are correct. The subscribe email address is also known as the list address The contact address is where you will receive administration messages from the safelist owners. Your list email address is the one where you will be getting a lot of emails from other members of the list. Keep in mind that you will receive a confirmation email from each safelist to your subscribe address requiring that you verify your new membership. So, make sure that you log into your subscribe email address (thats where the ads will be sent) and click the verification link. This has to be done for each safelist. Some auto submitters will allow you to join all lists at once. This is an option to look for when purchasing an auto submitter. Imagine all the time that could be saved by not having to join each safelist individually. But, you still have to verify your new membership for each safelist. No one has yet to come up with a system to auto verify your membership. Once you have joined a list, most submitters will automatically placed that list in a "My List" or a "Lists Joined" page. Most submitters will allow you to see the lists you've joined! Before submitting your ad to the safelists, you must first create at least ONE new ad. Type in your ad and click "Save". You can also create several ads and save them for latter. Or you can go back latter and edit your ads. Now you are ready to submit your ads! Choose you ad, click "Submit" and your saved ad will begin submission to all the your available safelists. You can post ads to your daily safelists on a daily basis. However, since you may only send to some lists every two days to once a week, your ads will not go out to all the safelists. Some safelist auto submitters allow you set up your own, customized mailing schedules. This is called auto Posting". Simply choose your desired letter and -- that's it. Your ads will go out automatically according to a schedule that you choose. You can set up multiple schedules, with different lists, and even choose which letter goes to which list. This allows you to be away from your computer and your ads will go out automatically. If you want to put your safelist marketing efforts into first gear and want to get set up and running quickly, then you should consider an auto submitter that comes pre-configured to work with several hundred safelists. Also consider an auto submitter that will allow you to join all lists at once. Now that's what I really call automating your safelist marketing efforts.
